View a transaction summary

To view a list of transactions with the summary of each transaction, go to Account Manager > Orders or Support Manager > Orders.

For each transaction, the list shows the following information. Items in italics are masked for users without the Personal data access permission:

Transaction:

  • Transaction status;

  • Transaction type;

  • Amount and currency;

  • Transaction ID — by clicking on the ID, you can go to the page with detailed information about the transaction;

  • Tracking ID as the merchant's transaction ID.

Date:

  • Transaction creation date;

  • Transaction payment date.

Payment method
For card payments:

  • Payment brand;

  • Card issuer’s country;

  • Card mask;

  • Card expiration date;

  • Number of successful transactions with the card (highlighted in green);

  • Number of unsuccessful transactions with the card (highlighted in black);

  • Number of refunds for the card (highlighted in orange);

  • Number of chargebacks (highlighted in red);

  • Cardholder's name as entered during a payment.

For alternative payments:

  • Payment brand;

  • Additional information depending on the payment method.

Customer:

  • Billing name;

  • Email address;

  • Number of successful transactions (green), failed transactions (black), refunds (orange), and chargebacks (red) made with this email address (displayed only to a user with the Support Manager role);

  • Customer’s address and country;

  • IP address;

  • Number of successful transactions (green), failed transactions (black), refunds (orange), and chargebacks (red) made with this IP address (displayed only to a user with the Support Manager role).

Shop:

  • Shop name as a link to the shop settings page;

  • Shop status (Enabled or Disabled);

  • Email address of the shop’s contact person.

A page shows the latest 15 orders matching the search criteria. To view other transactions, refine the search criteria or use the pagination bar at the bottom of the page.

Transaction summary

Users with the Support Manager role can also see a list of transactions that contain the same selected parameter. For that, click on the card mask, IP address, or email.

Please note, a card mask is a credit card number in the “BIN******last 4 digits” format. The system detects only the first 6 digits of a card BIN. Therefore, all card numbers matching the first 6 and last 4 digits are added to the list.
