Track the history of balance adjustments
To look for reasons and amounts of balance adjustments, follow the steps below:

Go to Accountant > Channels.

Click View in the line of the channel.

On the page with detailed balance information, click History in the line of the channel balance that you should adjust.
The page that opens shows the balance adjustments and the following information about them:

Date: the date and time of adjustments as in the default time zone set for the payment service provider;

Balance before correction: the amount of the available balance before adjustments;

Balance after adjustment: the amount of the available balance after adjustments;

Reason: the description of the reason for adjustments;

User: the name of the user who made adjustments.
The page with the balance adjustment history
If a channel was deactivated for a payment gateway, the table with the detailed channel balance shows the following icon for the gateway balance:
The balance history contains a record with “Deactivation” as a reason for a balance adjustment. When a channel is re-activated, the balance history will contain a record with “Activation” as a reason for a balance adjustment.
