Cancel a subscription
At the request of the customer, users with the Support Manager role can cancel active
subscriptions. To do this, follow these steps:
- Go to Support Manager > Subscriptions.
- Find the subscription. If needed, see Find and view subscriptions.
- Click on the subscription ID.
- In the Plan information section, click Cancel.
- On the page that opens, specify the reason for the cancellation.
- Click Request to cancel the subscription or cancel changes.
To confirm the cancellation of the subscription, the customer will receive an email. Funds will no longer be automatically charged from the customer's card.
