Update a rule

The service allow you to edit the existing flow rules.

To update the settings, follow the steps below:

1. Go to the Smart Routing tab.

2. Select the required flow.

3. Follow any of the steps below:

   1. Click on the name of the rule in the list of all rules applicable to an account;

   2. Select Edit in the rule menu.

4. Make changes to the rule parameters as described in Create a new rule.

5. Click Save rule for an update.
