Getting started

Currently, the Smart Routing service is available only to the authorized users of the beGateway system with the Admin role. If you do not have access rights, contact the administrator of the system.

To enter the Smart Routing back office, follow these steps:

  1. Log into the back office of the payment processing system.

  2. Go to the Smart Routing tab.

When you click on the Smart Routing tab, the Smart Routing user interface will open in a separate tab of your browser. The main menu of the interface includes the following tabs:

  • Smart routing: The tab shows a list of accounts of different levels and provides access to managing flows and rules applicable to these accounts.

  • Settings: The tab gives access to managing objects, fields and sets, which are used to configure the rules for the payment service provider, merchants, and their shops.

Before creating and editing flows and rules, it is recommended to set up objects, fields, and sets first.

If needed to change the interface language, go to the language selector in the top right corner of the main window. Currently, the service supports Russian and English only.

Besides, in the top right corner, there is an area of a beGateway user account settings.
