View applicable limits

To view the payout limits set for a channel, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Account Manager > Shops.

  2. Search for a shop for which you’d like to set payout limits. Refer to Search for a merchant’s shop, if needed.

  3. Click View in the shop row.

  4. Go to the Gateways tab on the shop information page.

  5. Click the name of the acquirer of the required payment gateway. You will set limits on the channel linked to this gateway.

  6. Go to the Channels tab on the payment gateway status page. The system will display a list of channels connected to the gateway.

  7. Click Limits in the channel row.

On the page that opens, you can see the list of payout limits set for the channel with the parameters described in the table below.

Type*

A type of the payout limit.

Possible values:

  • Daily limit (current_day): restriction on the amount of payouts processed per a calendar day;

  • Weekly limit (current_week): restriction on the amount of payouts processed per a calendar week;

  • Monthly limit (current_month): restriction on the amount of payouts processed per a calendar month.

The week is determined to start on Monday.

Amount*

The maximum total amount of payouts to be processed under the limit.

 

Active

The activation status of the payout limit represented by an icon.

Possible values:

  • Sucessful Active: the limit is active;

  • Declined Disabled: the limit is inactive.
