Search for an agent account
The system searches for an agent account using the following parameters:

The agent’s first and last names;

The agent’s email.
To search for an agent account, follow these steps:

Go to Account Manager > Agents.

Enter all or part of the agent's details in the search box on the search pane.
As you type, the system will display to you those accounts that match the search criteria you enter.
Additionally, you can apply a filter by the activation status of the agent. To do this, use the field drop-down list next to the search box, where select one of the following possible values:

Active: to show the enabled agent accounts;

Disabled: to show the deactivated agent accounts;

All: to show agent accounts of all statuses.
