Search for a merchant's shop

The system searches for a merchant shop using the following parameters:

• ID as the shop registration number in the system;
• Shop name;
• Shop contacts details that include:
  • The Shop name;
  • The shop URL, if any;
  • The shop contact email;
  • The shop contact phone.
• Merchant details that include:
  • The name of the merchant or the merchant’s contact person;
  • The company name;
  • The contact email of the merchant or of the merchant’s contact person.

To search for a merchant shop, follow these steps:

1. Go to Account Manager > Shops
2. Enter a search value in the search box in the search
3. Click

The system will show the shop accounts that match the search value.

Additionally, you can apply a filter by merchants. To do this, use the drop-down list of the Merchant field on the search pane.
