Register a new agent

To register a new agent account, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Account Manager > Agents.

  2. Click Add agent on the header pane.

  3. Fill in the form that opens, as described in the table below.

  4. Select Apply to save the changes or cancel them.

Last name *

The last name of the agent.

 

First name*

The first name of the agent.

 

E-mail *

Contact email address.

The indicated email will be used as a login to access the back office. The agent will receive an invitation email to this email address.

Default commission, % *

The agent’s default commission. Specified as a numeric percentage of the payment amount.

Pay attention, that the commission will be applied only after setting up commission on a gateway level for the shop. The value in this field will be used only to autofill the Commission field on page {shop} > Gateways > {gateway} > Agent rates > Add rate.

Default fee amount *

The agent's default rate. Specified as a fixed amount paid to the agent for a transaction that was successfully processed in favor of the merchant assigned to him/her.

Pay attention that the specified fee won’t be applied automatically. The value specified in this field will be used only to autofill rate fields on page {shop} > Gateways > {gateway} > Agent rates > Add rate.

To apply the rates, follow the instructions on page Set agent rates.

Merchant's language 

The language of the agent's back office interface, used by default. 

The possible options of the drop-down list depend on the settings of the payment service provider's system.

 After registration, the agent account is automatically activated. The system sends out an invitation with a link to set a password and to complete the registration. The email will also contain a link to the agent’s dashboard in the following format https://{psp_backoffice_url}/agents/sign_in.
