Edit the agent account details and activation status
To edit, unlock and deactivate an agent account, follow these steps:

Go to Account Manager > Agents.

Find an agent account. If necessary, see Search for an agent account.

Click Edit in the line of the required agent.

Make changes to the registration data, change the activation and block statuses of the agent account, if necessary, as described in the table in the Register a new agent section.

Click Apply to save your changes or cancel them.
