Account Manager role and its interface menu

A user with the Account Manager role can manage merchant, shop, and payment gateway settings. All functions and services available to a user with this role are linked to the Account Manager menu. A complete list of all the Account Manager menu tabs and a brief description of available functions are given in the table below.

Shops

Merchant shop management: view and find shops, edit shop settings, add new shops to a merchant account and connect payment gateways to them.

 

Orders

View and manage details of transactions processed through payment gateway.

Also available to users with the Support Manager role.

Reports

View and export transaction reports.

Also available to users with the Accountant role.
