Bank Account Manager role and its interface menu

This role is designed to provide access to banks and payment method providers to the information pertaining to their system.

Currently, the role can’t be assigned in the backoffice UI. Please contact the Tech Support team to request adding a user with this role and provide the following information:

•  The email of the user that they will use to log in to the system.  The name and surname of the user.
•  The names of the gateways that the user needs to have access to.
•  Whether the user needs Personal data access permission. By default, the permission is not assigned.

Here are the main characteristics of this user role:

•  A user with this role has access only to the information on the specified gateways and on the entities (merchants and shops), for which the specified gateways are available. The available gateways are specified when setting up a user. The gateways that were not added for the user also won’t be available in the drop-down menu in the filter fields.
•  A user with this role doesn’t have access to the detailed information on the merchant
• provided during merchant registration (phone, email, bank account details, etc.).
•  A user with this role doesn't have permission to edit shop and merchant information.  A user with this role can be assigned Personal data access permission if requested.

The user with Bank Account Manager role has access to the tabs Merchants, Shops, Orders and Reports:
