New payment integration connectors
We’ve added new connectors to acquiring and payment partners:
-
Klap - card acquiring in Latin America (Chile)
-
Kipmotion - global card acquiring
-
Home Credit Bank - card acquiring in Central Asia (Kazakhstan)
These integrations expand your processing geography and flexibility, especially for PSPs serving international or multi-regional merchants.
Payment description displayed in the Orders tab
A new Description column has been added to the Orders tab in the back office.
It displays the value of the description field from the merchant’s transaction request.
Benefit: quicker and easier identification of a payment’s purpose for PSP staff and merchants.
Additional data in reports for PSPs using the converter service
For PSPs with the converter service (version 2.0) enabled, exported reports (XLSX, CSV) now include two new columns:
-
Settled amount after conversion
-
Transaction fee after conversion
These values are calculated in DWH and sent to BackOffice, providing accurate reporting for fees and settled amounts in the conversion currency.
Automatic finalization of incomplete card transactions
In the shop settings, you can now set a time period (in seconds) after which card transactions with the incomplete status are automatically moved to failed, using the field "Reject transactions in pending status in (seconds)".
Benefit: flexible control over incomplete transactions — for example, when a customer chooses not to complete 3-D Secure verification.
Pending page for APM transactions on the widget
Previously, during alternative payment method processing, customers only saw a spinner - with no clear feedback on what was happening.
Now, while the system is waiting for the final response from the payment provider, the widget displays a clear “In progress” page showing:
-
the current transaction status;
-
a message explaining that the payment is being processed and will refresh automatically;
-
transaction details (amount, payment method, transaction ID).
The customer stays on this page and sees that the process is ongoing. Once the final status is received, the page automatically updates to show whether the payment succeeded or failed.
Benefit: fewer support requests like “I paid, but nothing happened,” and a more transparent user experience for merchants’ customers.
Add a link to the PSP Agreement on the payment widget
PSP administrators can now display a link to the PSP agreement on the card details screen of the payment widget. You can either provide a URL to the agreement or upload a file. The widget message is pre-translated into all supported widget languages and is not editable.
Benefits:
-
protects the PSP’s interests in case of customer disputes;
-
ensures compliance with local regulations where required

Animation and sound effects for successful Mastercard payments
You can now add light animation and/or sound effects at the end of a successful Mastercard payment on the widget.
To enable this, merchants can send additional parameters in the style object, or PSP administrators can configure it at the PSP, merchant, or shop level.
A small but delightful improvement that makes the checkout process more engaging and positive for end users.
