November 2025
beGateway – November updates
New payment integration connectors
We’ve added new connectors to acquiring and payment partners:
-
Databank - card acquiring in Mongolia
-
processTransact - global card acquiring
-
Payecards - global card acquiring
These integrations expand your processing geography and flexibility, especially for PSPs serving international or multi-regional merchants.
Track and control where payment requests come from
You can now track where payment requests come from (when initiated from the payment widget) and respond automatically to suspicious cases.
If you need to verify host domains for a specific merchant, you can either:
-
request information from tech support, or
-
set up Smart Routing rules using the new system field Referer URI.
This field shows the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) of the resource from which the transaction request was sent (usually the web page hosting the payment widget).
You can decide how strict the control should be - only notify, or block transactions from unapproved domains.
Example:
Create a flow with two rules:
1. The first rule sends an email notification to the PSP if the request was sent from a URI different from the shop URL.
2. The second rule declines the transaction if the Referer URI is missing or doesn’t match the allowed domain.
Note: this feature applies only to transactions made via the payment widget
and does not detect the source for H2H integrations.
Benefit: This flexibility lets PSPs monitor payment traffic and prevent unauthorized or spoofed requests.
Banner on the payment result page
PSP administrators can now add a banner to the final payment page in the checkout widget.
The banner is an image with a link specified in the settings and can be configured at the merchant, shop, or gateway level.
Benefit: An opportunity for merchants to promote their products or services right after a successful payment.
Mandatory two-factor authentication
At the PSP level, you can now enable mandatory 2FA - separately for PSP staff and merchants.
After activation, users will be prompted to link their account to an authenticator app and enter a one-time code at login.
Benefit: This update helps PSPs meet regulatory and security requirements with ease.
