Enable the service
The service activation option is available to a PSP employee with the Account manager role. To enable the service, on the shop editing page click on the Smart Routing account tab.

Enable the service.
Select Allow to skip failed Smart Routing action if the system should process transactions even in case the Smart Routing service provides no instructions on how to process or route a payment.
Select Responses and notifications with Smart Routing rules (except for rules of PSP level) to include object to the transaction request responses, transaction status query responses and webhook notifications. The object will include information on the results of the transaction checks against the rules and white/black lists of Merchant and Shop levels in the Smart Routing service.
The Processing mode for transaction verification requests (Rules & WLBL) controls the order in which the transactions are checked by Smart Routing. Two modes are available:
-
Sequential (default) – transactions are checked by Smart Routing one by one according to their order in the processing queue. This guarantees the correctness of verification by aggregation rules. If the traffic is high and the transaction verification time exceeds the recommended threshold, there is a possibility that some transactions will be declined with the error “The transaction was declined due to security rules”.
-
Parallel – Smart Routing service can verify multiple transactions simultaneously. This mode increases transaction verification speed and is recommended for the shops with high traffic to avoid transaction declines when the verification time threshold is exceeded. Note that aggregation rules, for example, limit rules may not calculate the transactions accurately in parallel mode.
