# Update flow settings

If needed, you can edit the settings of an existing flow. All parameters of the flow are subject to change, except for the type and method.

To edit the settings, follow the steps below:

1. Go the **Smart Routing** tab.
2. Follow any of the two steps below:
   
     1. Click on the name of the required flow.
     2. Select **Edit** in the flow menu.
3. Click **Save Flow** to get the settings updated after you introduce the changes.
