If needed, you can edit the settings of an existing flow. All parameters of the flow are subject to change, except for the type and method.
To edit the settings, follow the steps below:

Go the Smart Routing tab.

Follow any of the two steps below:

Click on the name of the required flow.

Select Edit in the flow menu.

Click Save Flow to get the settings updated after you introduce the changes.
