Manage whitelists and blacklists

In the Smart Routing service, a whitelist is a list of combinations of attributes and their values. If one or more of these combinations are present in the request, the checks against the flows of action type are skipped, and the Smart Routing system moves on to perform checks of object type.

A blacklist is a combination of attributes and their values. If blacklist combinations are present in the request, the transaction is rejected.

The following attributes are used when forming whitelists and blacklists:

  • IP

  • email

  • Card stamp

  • Card mask

If an identical combination of an attribute and its value is included in both a whitelist and a blacklist, the logic of the whitelist will be applied.

Configuration of whitelists and blacklists is available to all account levels.

Whitelists and blacklists of an account are also valid for the corresponding child accounts.
