The service allows you to delete only those flows that do not contain rules.
To delete a flow from the list, follow the steps below:

Go to the Smart Routing tab.

Select Delete in the flow menu.

Instead of deleting a flow, you can deactivate it. For that, use the toggle next to the flow name.
