After a group is created, you can add a new object. For that, on the Object tab select +Add Object and fill out the object parameters.

Currently, each object belongs to one group only. You can not add an object to several groups.
Example: Adding a new gateway to the group of payment gateways which can process payments in PLN
The object parameters can be set as shown in the picture below.
