View transaction logs

To search for transaction logs, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Admin > Logs or Support Manager > Logs.

  2. Enter a transaction UID or Begateway Request ID and select the Level (for users with the Admin role only).

  3. Click Find.

The result of the search will consist of all available log records that contain the searched UID or Begateway Request ID.

Each log record consists of:

  • UID: a transaction ID;

  • Begateway Request ID: an internal request ID;

  • PSP: a PSP ID;

  • Application: an application for which the log is reported;

  • Level: the level of logging (always INFO);

  • Created At: log creation time in UTC+00;

  • Log body: the log code.
