# View transaction logs

To search for transaction logs, follow these steps:

1. Go to Admin \> Logs or Support Manager \> Logs.
2. Enter a transaction UID or Begateway Request ID and select the **Level** (for users with the Admin role only).
3. Click **Find**.

The result of the search will consist of all available log records that contain the searched UID or Begateway Request ID.

Each log record consists of:

- **UID:** a transaction ID;
- **Begateway Request ID:** an internal request ID;
- **PSP:** a PSP ID;
- **Application:** an application for which the log is reported;
- **Level:** the level of logging (always INFO);
- **Created At:** log creation time in UTC+00;
- **Log body:** the log code.
