View current balances

To view current balances of all channels, go to Accountant > Channels.

On the page that opens, you can see a list of configured channels with the following brief information:

Name: a channel name;
Balance: amounts of the channel balance and of pending payout transactions split by all shop gateways to which this channel is linked.

For more information about the channel balance, click View. The page with detailed balance information includes the following blocks:

A header in the format <Channel name> (Gateway: <Bank name>, Balance: <Channel balance amount><Channel currency>, pending <Amount of pending payout transactions in processing>).
A search pane with a drop-down list to select a merchant. The system will display information about the balances of this merchant.
A display pane showing the amounts of all available balances and pending payout transactions split by each merchant, shop, and gateway to which the channel is linked.

If a channel was deactivated for a payment gateway, there will be the following icon for the gateway balance on the page with detailed balance information:

Select Back to return to the page with the list of configured channels.
