View agents and shops assigned to them

To view agents, main information about them and shops assigned to them, go to Account Manager > Agents.

The display pane contains a list of agents registered in the system with main information. The page display area consists of a filter panel with fields for searching and selecting the status of agents and a list of agents.

The main information about an agent includes the parameters as described in the table below.

Parameter	Description	Notes
Status	The activation status. Possible values: Active; Disabled.	For more information about the activation statuses, see the table below.
Name	The agent’s name.
Contacts	The agent’s email.
Default commission, %	The default agent commission.
Default fee amount	The default agent fee per transaction.
Shops	A list of the merchants' shops assigned to the agent. The list includes: The merchant’s shop ID as a registration number of the shop in the system; The name of the merchant’s shop.	Displayed as hyperlinks to the shop information page.

The agent account can have one or several activation statuses, as described in the table below.

Table: Activation statuses of an agent account

Status	Description
Enabled	The agent account is active. The agent can sign in the back office.
Disabled	The agent account is deactivated. The agent can not sign in the back office.
Locked	The agent account is active, but the access to the back office is blocked because of wrong login credentials entered by the agent for 5 or more times.

By default, the system displays only active agents. To view deactivated agents, select Disabled on the filter pane.

To change the registration details of the agent, click Edit in the line of the required agent.
