The system searches for a merchant account using the following parameters:
- Merchant ID as a registration number of the merchant in the system;
- The merchant’s company name;
- Contact details:
- The merchant or the merchant’s contact person name;
- The merchant's or the merchant’s contact person email.
To search for a merchant account, follow these steps:
- Go to Account Manager > Merchants.
- Enter all or part of the merchant's details in the search box on the search pane
As you type, the system will display to you those accounts that match the search criteria you enter.
Additionally, you can apply a filter by the activation status of the merchant. To do this, use the field drop-down list next to the search box, where select one of the following possible values:
- Active: to show the enabled merchant accounts;
- Disabled: to show the deactivated merchant's accounts;
- All: to show merchant accounts of all statuses.
