[Mass payouts to customers](https://help.ecomcharge.com/en/knowledge-base/admin-panel-user-guide?hsLang=en#mass-payouts-to-customers) # Mass payouts to customers The Mass Payouts tab of the Accountant menu provides users with access to the service of making payouts to a large number of merchant's customers. As part of this service, the system automatically processes Payout transactions with parameters specified in the file uploaded by a user, and provides a report on the status of these transactions.
